The location is very nice, kayabacho in front of the hotel but you can definitely walk from nihombashi it only took 10 mins (also lawsons is in the same building )
The staff was super duper nice and welcome! Willing to help!
There are a locker to keep your luggage before check in and after check out too, very convenient
Next time in tokyo would stay here again for sure!

A clean and convenient hotel in a great location. There's a convenience store attached to the building, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. It's also just a short walk to the metro station.
The room was on the smaller side, but that's typical for Tokyo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

住了四天，床是大，離地鐵站也方便，住了四晚，這個床很不乾凈，兩個人全都起疹子了，被子很臟，還要隔著一層床單一樣的東西睡覺，怎的意思住個酒店連被子都不愿意去洗一下嗎。

酒店房間巨迷你，但是設備齊全，比較適合借宿一晚的游客，地理位置很方便，地鐵站出來拐彎就到了，步行不到2分鐘，樓下還有便利商店。被子不是一次性更換的，都是隔著一層替換內芯睡覺。
酒店10點以前必須退房，而不是傳統的日本11點，我們10點20分退房被收取了2200日元！與前臺交涉的時候，我們一再提出酒店并未提示我們退房時間（前臺表示電視機顯示退房時間了，但是我們并沒有打開電視里看過電視），酒店不斷也很，他們沒有盡到提示責任而道歉，但也不斷堅持要求我們付費，于是我們就暫時付費離開了，但是會發起投訴維權到底。

Loved my stay here. The room was clean and comfy, and everything just felt easy.

Overall just okay experience. During check-in, the front desk Japanese young man staff, was fluent in English and attentive to me, while training his South Asian colleague. Unlike the staff in T*kyu Stay Sanjo in Kyoto, who was busy training a female rather than serving me.
6 years ago l, I stayed at this hotel in a tiny room. This time I booked a bigger one. Pretty clean n comfy. Breakfast was ok, not much choices but more options than 6 years ago.
Only minimum amenities available, tooth brushes and razors, bath towels. No coffee machine nor instant coffee packs, tea bags for guests. This could be improved.
20 minutes’ walk to Tokyo Station. Straight route. Kayabacho subway station right downstairs. Location was good.
地理位置很好，20分鐘一條直路到東京車站（新干線）我走過三次；樓下就是地鐵站，很方便；
大床房還可以，干凈、舒服，床頭有USB口；6年前住過他家，當時迷你房；入住時，中分頭前臺年輕人英語不錯，交流順暢；早餐1500Yen自助餐，種類少一點，但該有的都有；6年前好吃的水煮蛋沒有了。
缺點是個人用品就牙刷、梳子刮胡刀；沒有洗面奶之類；而且，沒有咖啡機，沒有速溶咖啡/茶包；中分頭年輕人說只有早餐有咖啡…11月下旬房價算下來八百多一晚，在東京可以理解，但配套還是欠一點。

日本橋茅場町京王布萊索酒店的位置極好，出門兩分鐘就能到地鐵站，門口就有FamilyMart，購物方便。酒店員工服務態度很好，在能力范圍內都能幫到顧客。問題在于酒店的設施真的和他的接近700CNY一晚上的價格不匹配。
首先單人間的宣傳圖肯定是拉了廣角的，一進去感覺就很小，尤其是辦公桌，不過驚喜的是浴缸還挺大。然后被子外面套的一層布料很粗糙，確實不怎么舒服。晚上隔音也有點差，經常傳來異響，可能是空調外機或者什么東西，導致我睡得很差，第二天買了耳塞才睡好。而且房卡只給配備一張，出門洗衣服就得斷電。説到洗衣服感覺自助洗衣價格太高了，洗衣加烘乾得500JPY，而且不一定能全部烘乾。酒店是完全沒有任何瓶裝水提供的，只能自帶。酒店單人間的話每三天才有一次打掃服務。總之，酒店的設施確實感覺得進行一番更新換代了。

京王プレッソイン日本橋茅場町の立地は最高です。地下鉄駅まで徒歩2分で、目の前にファミリーマートがあり買い物も便利です。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、できる范囲で親切にサポートしてくれました。
しかし、問題は設備です。一泊約14,500円（約700人民元）近い価格に見合っていないと感じました。 まず、シングルの宣材寫真は広角レンズで撮ったものでしょう、実際に入るとかなり狹く感じました。特にデスクが狹いです。ただ、バスタブが意外と大きかったのは嬉しい驚きでした。 次に、布団カバーの素材が粗く、肌觸りがあまり良くありませんでした。 夜間の防音性も低く、室外機か何かの異音が響き、よく眠れませんでした。翌日耳栓を買ってようやく眠れたほどです。 また、カードキーが1枚しか支給されないため、洗濯などで部屋を出ると電源が落ちてしまうのが不便です。そのコインランドリーも、洗濯乾燥で500円と高い割に、完全に乾かないことがありました。 客室には無料のミネラルウォーターの提供が一切なく、自分で持ち込む必要があります。シングルルームの清掃も3日に1回のみです。 総じて、設備全體の古さが目立ち、リニューアルが必要だと感じました。
Great location and staff, but facilities don't match the price
The location of Keio Presso Inn Nihombashi Kayabacho is excellent. It’s just two minutes to the subway station and there is a FamilyMart right outside, which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and did their best to assist within their capabilities.
The problem lies with the facilities, which really do not match the price of nearly 14,500 JPY （approx. 700 CNY） per night. First, the promotional photos for the single room definitely used a wide-angle lens. The room felt very small upon entering, especially the desk, although the bathtub was surprisingly large. Furthermore, the texture of the duvet cover was quite rough and uncomfortable. Soundproofing was also poor. I could hear strange noises at night, possibly from an AC unit, which resulted in poor sleep until I bought earplugs the next day. Additionally, only one key card is provided, so the power cuts out if you leave the room to do laundry. Speaking of laundry, the self-service machines feel overpriced at 500 JPY for a wash and dry cycle, and the clothes don't always dry completely. There is absolutely no bottled water provided; you have to bring your own. Also, housekeeping for single rooms is only provided once every three days. In short, the hotel's facilities feel outdated and are in serious need of a renovation.

柜臺：服務人員專業親切，大廳可寄放行李
房間：雙人房型以東京而已算大，床稍微易搖晃，枕頭偏軟不夠蓬松
衛浴：標準日式衛浴附浴缸、水柱很強
